An English pet behavior counselor plans to start educating rabbit owners on how to deal with their unruly pets. Emma Magnus, a member of The Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors who starred in a BBC series called Barking Mad, believes that her rabbit training clinic is the first of its kind offered in England. As part of the training offered to clients she plans to show how rabbits can be litter trained and how they can be taught to stop biting and cuddle up with their owners. Ms. Magnus said she decided to offer the training after she began to notice an increase in the number of people calling her about problems with their pet rabbits particularly in the areas of litter training and aggression. Ms Magnus has already written articles about the destructive behavior of house rabbits and how they can be retrained by their owners using behavior modification techniques. While Ms. Magnus will not offer specific classes she will set aside one day a week at her clinic to deal just with questions that rabbit owners may have. by Sherry Morse
